Four Star Sausages was founded by chefs Kurt and Thomas, the duo behind Chicago’s acclaimed sausage-centric restaurant, TÊTE. At TÊTE, we didn’t just cook sausage—we lived it. Every link, every grind, every spice blend was crafted with intention, technique, and pride.

But we saw something missing on the shelf: sausage made with real ingredients, real flavor, and real culinary standards. That’s when Four Star Sausages was born.

The name is a nod to Chicago’s four stars and the four stars awarded to the very best restaurants. That’s our benchmark. No shortcuts. No filler. Just honest, chef-crafted sausage made the right way—with premium ingredients, bold flavor, and zero gimmicks.
